1.   What if I want to delete a client?
If you'd like to delete a client that is currently on the program, please call member services at 800-340-7050 or email: members@onetouchmarketing.com
 

2.   Do I get a refund if I cancel a program?
We do not offer refunds if you choose to end a client's program before the expiration date.
 

3.   How will I know if my client has expired from the program?
You will receive an email the day your client expires. At that time you may choose to re enroll your client by logging into your account at www.onetouchmarketing.com and selecting the expired client from your client list. 
 

4.   How can I update my contact info for the mailers?
Log in to your account at www.onetouchmarketing.com and click on the "my info" tab. You can update your contact info, logo, and photo in this section.
 

5.   My client's mailing address is wrong, how can I change it?
Log in to your account at www.onetouchmarketing.com and click on the "client list" tab. When you locate your client on the list, click the client name and make the necessary updates. Be sure to click on the "save" button at the bottom of the window to save the changes you have made.
